Southeastern Trust is a multi-family office helping families grow, preserve, and transition wealth using their proven expertise in investment management, trust administration, and estate planning.

They came to us with a unique design challenge: convert a long-underutilized church building into their corporate headquarters in a fundamentally reversible way, allowing for the building’s future return to service as a house of worship. The solution is a structurally independent mezzanine bisecting the volume of the historic sanctuary.
