Developed for a private client, the project known as Big Tex Acres is a nearly 100-acre planned recreational complex. It will provide a network of handicap-accessible pedestrian trails and vehicular roadways as well as various sports courts, parking, and a multi-use pavilion. The pavilion provides guest access to a private kitchen, large gathering space, sports storage, and ganged restrooms. The design team in conjunction with the owner has taken great care to restore the native landscape of the site and ensure the built environment fits within the context of its surroundings.
